We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - NPI & Quality, who thrives at the intersection of systems, process, and shop-floor execution—someone who can keep our operations efficient, reliable, and future-focused.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in bridging engineering intent with operational execution, ensuring our systems, documentation, and quality processes run at peak performance.
New Product Support
- Assist with ERP/BOM setup for new product introductions.
- Set quality standards for new products (FAIs, IPCs, etc.)
- Ensure training materials and documentation packages are complete before release.
Quality
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Identify and drive corrective actions when quality issues arise.
- Support training and documentation efforts to prevent recurrence of nonconformances.
- Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in inspections and ERP data.
Systems & Documentation
- Own ERP loading, planning, data accuracy, and timely updates.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training packages.
- Standardize documentation as the bridge between engineering and shop-floor operators.
Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Support workflow standardization and system-driven Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Monitor Shop Floor ERP accuracy and drive corrective actions when gaps are found. \
- Lead projects that streamline documentation and training delivery.
New Product Support
- Assist with ERP/BOM setup for new product introductions.

What You Bring
- ERP & Systems Proficiency: Skilled in managing ERP data, BOM loading, and process documentation.
- Programming Knowledge (CNC/CAM): Comfortable with CAM workflows and CNC logic, able to collaborate with outsourced programming partners.
- Machining Experience: Hands-on familiarity with machining processes, setups, and tooling adjustments.
- Quality Management: Knowledge of quality systems, inspection planning, and process controls to ensure compliance with standards and reduce defects.
