CNA Day Shift (5:45am-6:15pm) - Join Our Team at Mount Joseph at Waterville

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team at Mount Joseph at Waterville. As a CNA Day, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, while contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Summary:
As a CNA, you will work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring and reporting changes in patients' conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring dignity and respect for each resident
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to improve clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Maine
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
