THE TYPE OF SERVICE DISPATCH SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience or training in customer service and dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of the HVAC industry, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy, and proficiency with computers and phones are preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SERVICE DISPATCH SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

As our Service Dispatch Specialist, you'll be the hub of our service department, organizing technician schedules, dispatching calls, and keeping customers informed at every step. Your day will include managing the dispatch board, updating CRM systems, and ensuring technicians have what they need to succeed. You'll handle challenges with confidence, turning potential problems into seamless solutions while creating positive experiences for both customers and team members.
