Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and experience in B2B sales and technology-driven environments. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing to prospective clients .
  • Create appointments for sales teams.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present our products/services effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in collaboration with the sales team
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and customer engagement strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and business development techniques
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized workflows
