We are Alleato Group. We're a commercial design-build construction company specializing in automated storage and fire protection systems. We're growing quickly and looking for a full-time project Manager to join our team.
Your role will consist of the following:
Support the successful execution of construction projects/estimates by managing technical tasks, ensuring resource availability, accuracy, and quality from project inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Material Procurement:
a. Collaborate with teams for timely, cost-effective procurement.
b. Maintain accurate submittal and procurement logs.
II. Document Information Control:
a. Manage document control systems, including organization and distribution.
b. Respond to Requests for Information (RFls) promptly to prevent delays.
c. Track permits and inspections and maintain meeting minutes.
d. Keep an updated Change Order log documenting changes and revisions.
III Closeout/Punch List Completion:
a. Manage the closeout process, ensuring timely completion of punch list items.
b. Compile and organize closeout documents and ensure owner training.
c. Regularly update and maintain completion schedules for outstanding items.
IV. Estimating:
a. Organize bid packages and send out for pricing.
b. Participate in pre-bid activities.
c. Ensure a complete bid package taking in all Subcontractor bids and coordinating with the drawings.
d. Input all data into proposal forms for submission.
V. Schedule Updates:
a. Work with Project Superintendent to maintain and update master schedules.
b. Support the creation of look-ahead schedules and distribute updates to the project team.
VI. Business Development:
a. Communicate with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service.
b. Actively contribute to the company's growth.
c. Always treat others with dignity and respect representing Alleato in a professional manner.
