We are looking for reliable and experienced Security Guards to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for responding to emergencies, and providing assistance to visitors. The Security Guard serves by maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, personnel, and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
• Verify government issued ID's.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Respond to and investigate disturbances.
• Maintain records of security incidents and suspicious activities.
• Write detailed reports of security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Can stand for up to 8 hours and is OK with standing outside for a majority of the shift.
• Can de-escalate situations safely and professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience as a bouncer.
• AZ drivers license, AZ state ID or Passport
• Must be 21 yrs or older (license and contract requirement)
• Active Arizona Unarmed guard license
• Active Facility Agent license (required to work in a dispensary, we can assist with the application process)
• Fingerprint clearance card (IVR or non-IVP) preferred but not required. (Separate license not related to the guard card.)
• Reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
