Clinical Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to assist our

Clinical Director with leading and overseeing the clinical operations at our

addiction treatment center. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure the delivery of

high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients, while providing

supervision, mentorship, and support to clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to counselors, therapists, and

support staff to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and professional

standards.

• Support Clinical Director with daily group scheduling, case load

management/assignment.

• Manage concurrent insurance reviews scheduling.
• Oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring of

clients.

• Conduct regular clinical chart audits to ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements and organizational policies.

• Facilitate staff training, continuing education, and professional

development initiatives.

• Collaborate across departments to develop and ensure implantation of

individualized treatment plans.

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree and license or certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction treatment or mental health

services.

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of addiction, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-

based treatment modalities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
