We specialize in one-on-one, evidence-based care for patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions. Our interdisciplinary team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, all working together to provide high-quality, compassionate care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide clinical, medical massage therapy as part of a coordinated care approach. This role is embedded within a rehabilitation setting, working directly with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy professionals. This is not a spa-based position. The focus is on therapeutic outcomes and functional improvement for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 30-, 60-, and 90-minute medical massage sessions
• Include therapeutic stretching and mobility work
• Perform flexibility assessments and document clinical findings
• Collaborate closely with PT, OT, and Speech staff on patient care
• Ensure a professional, safe, and clean treatment environment

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Locations: Alternating between Boca Raton and Boynton Beach clinics
• Rate: $35-$45/hour for all sessions

Ideal Candidate

• Has strong hands-on clinical massage therapy skills
• Understands and embraces the differences between spa and medical massage
• Is confident treating patients with physical, orthopedic, or neurological conditions
• Works well in a team environment and communicates professionally
• Embodies reliability, compassion, and attention to detail
• Is motivated to grow with the company and contribute to our long-term success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
• Lymphatic Certification is a plus.
• CPR Certification (preferred)

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License
• Professional Liability Insurance
