Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting patients with a warm and professional demeanor. - Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs. - Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with clarity and care. - Maintaining accurate patient records and handling basic administrative tasks. - Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless operations.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values excellent customer service. To succeed in this role, you'll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in managing schedules and handling multi-line phone systems. - A friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication skills. - The ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed.
