We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food plating and presentation for various dining occasions, including banquets and events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering to food safety protocols
• Handle food handling duties responsibly, ensuring proper storage and sanitation
• Support cooking activities and assist chefs in meal preparation as needed
• Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to maintain a clean environment
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests in dining areas
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and meet guest needs
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations preferred
• Experience with banquet service, catering, or large-scale food handling is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is required
• Previous roles involving serving or hospitality will be advantageous
