Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will support architectural projects from concept through construction documentation, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. This role requires strong design, drafting, and visualization skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts for residential and/or commercial projects
• Prepare construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations
• Assist with schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers remotely
• Ensure designs comply with U.S. building codes, zoning regulations, and project standards
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Design (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design or drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
• Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and construction standards
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Must be a U.S. resident or U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential and/or commercial projects in the U.S.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows
• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams
• Familiarity with permitting and approval processes in U.S. jurisdictions
