Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the nursing home. Nursing shift:

1. Weekend option night shift (Saturday and Sunday) 7PM to 7AM

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide basic nursing care including catheter care, wound care, and hygiene assistance.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in basic life support techniques.
• Ability to provide compassionate care for patients.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
