Construction Project Manager

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our talented team at our project site near Charlottesville, Virginia.

In this role, you will work on a project site, leading construction projects to successful completion - safely, on time, and on budget. Additionally, you will work with the Project Director and/or Senior Project Manager as you guide our engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams in achieving project goals. 

To excel in this role, you will need a strong construction background, an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality, and a focus on client engagement.

Additional Responsibilities 

• Coordinate contractual requirements, project specifications, and design drawings.

• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, procurement, billing, and cash flow projections.

• Conduct progress measurement, earned value analysis, schedule updates, and change management reporting.
