Administrative Assistant

Location: 3151 Lenworth Drive Mississauga, Ontario

• Please note this is a fully on-site position.

Salary range: $50,000-$55,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Enter labour hours for technicians into the system
• Contact technicians for any missing information
• Support sales teams with contract renewals and updates
• Data entry for contracts, enter new contracts into the system, etc.
• Support the department as required

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• College/university degree in business administration or similar
• Experience in the HVAC industry an asset
