We help our customers recover significant budget costs by purchasing their un-used, in-date surgical surplus while at the same time, providing them additional cost savings and flexibility when purchasing the same high-volume products that they are currently utilizing.
Job DescriptionThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for lead generation deriving from cold calls and other strategies (hospitals, clinics, private practices, etc.) to obtain prospects that supports the ability to establish new accounts, as well as for making outbound calls to proactively retain and expand businessrelationships. Also responsible for inbound calls, Sales order processing / Purchase Offer creation, and follow-up to ensure customer retention and to identify potential new business that may lead to targeted profitable growth in support of SPS's business objectives.
Responsibilities
- On a daily basis, initiate outgoing calls to prospective clients via telephone in a professional manner to establish qualified customers to acquire new business.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to determine needs, make plan presentations, handle challenges and close the sale over the phone.
- Update Salesforce (current CRM) with current data as appropriate, including but not limited to inputting cancelled/lost
