Store Systems Project Manager III
Come join our team as a Project Manager in the Store Systems PMO responsible for managing projects for retail systems.  We are the IT group where the rubber hits the road – leading projects for systems within our stores.  If you like variety in projects, this is the place to be – we lead projects with diverse systems such as Point of Sale, Workforce Management, Web Portals and Mobile Technologies. The stores need to stay competitive and efficient, and we help them to achieve that goal. This position is a key point of communication between the PMO, IT, multiple business partners and vendors.  The perfect candidate has a strong business and technical background with proven experience leading software development for medium to complex projects. This position will require exceptional skill and experience in leading comprehensive solutions including formulation of a solid approach, plan and sizing/costing. You will also be deftly balancing parallel projects which may share resources and environments. Our initiatives involve cross-functional groups, multiple technologies, integrations, and 3rd party interfaces. The position requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate diverse teams.  We endeavor to provide the same level of service to the stores that our associates provide to our customers.  Not only will you have the benefit of seeing the fruits of your work, you get a discount in our brands too

Qualifications

Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

-Proven record of successful projects of complexity and cross functional support. Including working with business partners, including communication and advocacy throughout the project lifecycle

-In depth understanding in the areas of data analysis, application integration, software testing, systems analysis and design, systems development, troubleshooting and problemsolving on problems of diverse scope and complexity

-Previous retail experience preferred

- Excellent planning & organizational skills, clear and organized communication

- Deep knowledge of project management methodology including SDLC

- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in project management and tools (i.e. Microsoft Project) is a must

- Demonstrated ongoing professional development in the field of project management
- Excellent business communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate artfully and influence at all levels.

- Demonstrated assessment capabilities and sharp critical thinking
- Customer focused
- Capable of making reliable decisions
- Orientation toward results and high quality

Pluses:

- Previous work with a Product Management team

- PCI knowledge is a plus
