Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and management of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project documentation and files for easy access by team members.

Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including blueprint reading and contract interpretation.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable.
