Customer Service

Overview: Part time hours a week, Monday to Saturday

We're looking for a friendly, dedicated, and energetic Customer Service to join our team In this role, you'll help ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience through excellent service, attention to detail, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with orders in a prompt, courteous manner
• Prepare sandwiches and salads quickly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Restock and organize merchandise and inventory
• Update inventory records as needed
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high level of service
• Answer phones with professionalism and follow proper phone etiquette

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to problem-solve and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to quality service
