Licensed in Tennessee and/or Georgia
Are you a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee or Georgia with a passion for helping investors grow their portfolios? Do you thrive in a dual-role environment where you can sell properties and promote top-tier property management services? If so, we want you on our team

What You'll Do
  • Sell residential and investment properties to new and existing clients
  • Promote our property management services to investor clients
  • Build long-term relationships with real estate investors
  • Leverage company-provided leads to drive new business
  • Identify and present strategic investment opportunities
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless client service
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
What We're Looking For
  • Active real estate license in Tennessee and/or Georgia is required
  • Experience in sales, business development, or investment real estate
  • Strong interest in property management and portfolio growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your book of business
  • Familiarity with local market trends and investment strategies
