We Are Hiring - Intermediate Litigation Associate
Our client, a well-established downtown Vancouver law firm, is seeking an
Intermediate Litigation Associate
to join a busy practice focused on
general civil litigation, insurance defence, and family law
. This role offers meaningful file responsibility alongside mentorship from senior counsel.

Location:
Vancouver, BC

What you will do:

• Manage your own litigation files appropriate to level of experience
• Assist senior counsel on more complex civil, insurance, and family matters
• Draft pleadings and legal materials and conduct legal research
• Appear on chambers applications and participate in mediations
• Support trial preparation and, as experience permits, trial appearances
• Work directly with clients and contribute to ongoing file strategy

What we are looking for:

• 3-6 years of call with experience in litigation and family law
• Ability to carry files from start to finish with appropriate support
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with sound judgment and professionalism
• Self-motivated and interested in long-term practice growth
• An existing client base is an asset but not required

What's offered:

• Lockstep compensation model based on year of call
• Base salary range of $143,000-$182,000, depending on experience
