Job DescriptionThe House of Commons' Digital Planning, Reporting and Governance is currently looking to staff the Administrator, HR Services position.
This process is restricted to House of Commons Employees.
The Administrator, HR Services supports effective workforce planning and decision-making by ensuring the accurate collection, processing, and reporting of HR data. This role is responsible for administering staffing actions, pay and leave entitlements, and employee records in compliance with applicable policies, collective agreements, and terms and conditions of employment.
As a key point of contact for managers and employees, the Administrator provides guidance on HR processes, interprets collective agreements, and collaborates closely with HR and Finance partners to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing. The role also produces workforce reports and analyses, supports forecasting and operational planning, and contributes to continuous improvement through the development of efficient administrative procedures, systems, and controls.

Education :

Post-secondary education or an acceptable combination of education and experiences.
Experiences :
- Experience providing HR support services, including staffing, pay, entitlements, and other HR transactions;
- Knowledge of HR administrative processes, policies, collective agreements, and terms and conditions of employment;
- Experience with data entry, information and records management, and monitoring HR transactions to identify issues and implement corrective actions;
- Experience delivering consultative, client-focused support to managers and employees;
- Practical experience using HR systems and databases to prepare staffing, pay, and entitlement documentation and reports.
Assets :

Practical experience with various systems and databases at the House of Commons.
