We're looking for a motivated Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is vital for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders. Precision and speed are key as you'll be working with pick lists, often using handheld scanners to confirm items. You'll need to be comfortable navigating a large warehouse environment and operating equipment such as pallet jacks. Maintaining the integrity of the picked items and ensuring they are ready for the next stage of the fulfillment process is critical. This position involves a good amount of physical activity, including significant Lifting , and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets
- Use RF scanners and other technology to track inventory
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in inventory cycle counts
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals
