Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our bustling logistics center in Kansas City, Missouri. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to ensuring our products reach customers seamlessly. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all associates must strictly follow Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves physical activity, including regular Lifting of goods, and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy through scanning and data entry.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Adhere to all Safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the logistics department.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory principles.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Commitment to Safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
