We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic operational environment, handling a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet performance standards.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety.
- Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional overtime.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
