Job Summary:
Our Seattle warehouse is looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our logistics team! If you are meticulous, hardworking, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled by picking the correct items from our inventory. Your commitment to detail and adherence to safety standards will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately select items from designated locations within the warehouse based on order forms or scanning devices.
  • Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities against order specifications.
  • Transport picked items to the appropriate packing stations or staging areas.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of products picked.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas and equipment.
  • Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks as directed.
  • Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking targets and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in order picking, packing, or a warehouse role is a plus.
  • Ability to read and comprehend product labels and order information.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and maneuvering in a warehouse setting for entire shifts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of and adherence to workplace safety regulations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently within our logistics operations.
  • Proper use of provided PPE is mandatory.
