Join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington, as an Order Picker! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Key duties include navigating the warehouse, identifying products, picking items with precision, and staging them for the next stage of the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment. This position is fundamental to ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate order fulfillment. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all associates must adhere to strict safety guidelines and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves regular lifting, bending, and standing, requiring good physical stamina. Experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Locate and retrieve products efficiently from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items in the correct areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Contribute to the overall productivity and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse procedures is a plus.
