Join our team in Madison, Wisconsin, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role is crucial for our logistics success, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and ensure proper inventory rotation (e.g., FIFO).
- Accurately pick orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders carefully and securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and checks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
