Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse locations using RF scanners.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
- Verify the accuracy of picked and packed items against customer orders.
- Label packages correctly for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Assist with the receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Handle moderate physical tasks, including some Lifting up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics .
- Understanding of workplace Safety standards and the importance of PPE .
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
