Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of required PPE .
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Be prepared for occasional moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or distribution environment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and workflows.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
