Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
  • Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of required PPE .
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Be prepared for occasional moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse logistics and workflows.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
