Oxford, MI | Full-Time | Salaried Leadership Role

About the Role

G's Pizzeria Bar & Grill – Oxford is a high-volume casual dining restaurant located inside Legacy 925, a unique Family Entertainment Center featuring axe throwing, indoor golf simulators, go-karts, and a 300+ person event/banquet space.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and build a strong Hospitality First culture across all food & beverage operations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all FOH and BOH operations with support from FOH & BOH Managers
  • Lead, coach, and hold managers and team members accountable to G's Pizzeria standards
  • Ensure excellent guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and service execution
  • Oversee food & beverage service for the restaurant, entertainment venues, and banquets
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  • Own P&L performance, cost controls, and KPI-driven results
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant management experience required (GM or Senior Manager preferred)
  • Experience leading teams
  • Banquet or event food & beverage experience strongly encouraged (not required)
  • Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
  • A people-first, servant leader passionate about hospitality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Compensation Package: Starting at $60,000 (based on experience)
