Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly aligned with business needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and cost control measures using tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
• Manage project scope changes through effective scope management practices and negotiate adjustments with stakeholders to maintain project integrity.
• Oversee project portfolio management by prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and resource capacity while ensuring optimal utilization of assets.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to enhance process efficiency.
• Facilitate meetings for project updates, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and decision-making using platforms like Confluence or SharePoint.
• Monitor project performance through earned value management techniques and generate detailed reports on progress, risks, and issues for executive review.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality standards are met while controlling costs effectively.
• Lead cross-functional teams in program development and implementation efforts while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership capabilities in project management lifecycle phases.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Scrum (SAFe), Kanban, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Confluence, Primavera P6 or equivalent tools for scheduling and collaboration.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, process mapping (Visio), business process modeling, risk management, and change management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in IT infrastructure projects or product lifecycle management is preferred but not required.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are highly desirable.
