Infant Teacher

Job Summary

As an Infant Teacher, you will play a key part in supporting families by providing high-quality care that promotes early childhood development and emotional well-being. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage sensory exploration, motor skills, and early language development.
• Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and monitoring health and safety.
• Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity and social-emotional growth.
• Observe and document each child's developmental progress, sharing insights with parents and team members regularly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that support individual needs, including children with disabilities or special education requirements.

Skills

• Proven experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare, preschool,
• Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to early childhood education.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a nurturing atmosphere.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members clearly and compassionately.
• Must Have first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
