DecisionPoint seeks a
Digital Experience Architect (Senior)
to translate experience strategy into scalable, accessible, and secure digital platform solutions supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) initiatives under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement and works in close partnership with Task 3 technical architects and development teams to ensure experience strategies are technically feasible and operationally sustainable.
The Digital Experience Architect ensures experiences are accessible, scalable, secure by design, and aligned with MC&FP enterprise architecture and governance requirements.
This position is fully remote.

The Digital Experience Architect (Senior) will
- Translate experience strategy and service design into platform, UX, and system requirements.
- Partner with Task 3 architects, developers, and engineers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Define digital experience architecture patterns and design standards.
- Ensure digital experiences are accessible, scalable, and secure by design.
- Support integration of UX and experience requirements into system and platform designs.
- Collaborate with experience strategists, UX analysts, and content strategists.
- Review and guide implementation to ensure fidelity to experience and architecture standards.
- Support development of experience architecture documentation and design artifacts.
- Identify experience related technical risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support platform governance, design reviews, and architectural decision making.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and enterprise standards.
- Support continuous improvement of digital experience architecture practices.
Clearance Requirement
Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust from any federal agency.
Education (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Experience (Required)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and architecting digital user experiences.
- Experience translating experience strategy into technical and system requirements.
- Experience partnering with developers and architects on complex digital platforms.
- Experience supporting federal or public-sector digital systems preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Required
- Expertise in digital experience architecture and design systems.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Knowledge of scalable and secure digital platform design.
- Ability to translate UX requirements into technical specifications.
Preferred
- Experience supporting cloud based or enterprise digital platforms.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy by design principles.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
