Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Greenwich, CT. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing daily administrative support, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, answering and directing calls, and facilitating communication between different departments. Additional responsibilities may include handling clerical tasks, coordinating meetings, and assisting with executive-level administrative tasks as needed. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, documentation, and meetings
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability in Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, such as managing executive schedules and coordinating high-level meetings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office software and technology tools
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- High school diploma or GED is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
