Duties

• Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely and accurate service
• Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and plate meals following established recipes and presentation standards
• Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas in accordance with food safety regulations
• Serve guests with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service and attention to dietary needs
• Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize flavor and presentation
• Contribute to catering events by preparing large quantities of food and managing setup and breakdown

Requirements

• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, handling procedures, and sanitation standards
• Experience working in restaurants or the food industry with a focus on culinary skills
• Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations
• Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests while maintaining a positive attitude
