Duties

• Assist in managing daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and motivate lifeguards and other staff members to deliver outstanding guest services.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed, including enforcing pool rules and supervising emergency procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate reports on attendance, incident logs, safety checks, and operational activities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to pool operations and guest safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the summer season.
