We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in an in-person role. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in marketing, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will work closely with our marketing team to help execute campaigns, engage with target audiences, and support brand visibility across various platforms.

Day to Day

• Assist with both field marketing and in-office marketing projects.
• Participate in live presentations, outreach efforts, and customer engagement activities.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and performance insights.
• Help create marketing materials and presentations for retail and event settings.
• Analyze campaign metrics and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Assist with event coordination, including trade shows and promotional activations.
• Maintain organization of marketing assets, materials, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Professional, reliable, and organized with a positive attitude.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, retail, customer service, or similar roles (internships welcome).
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities.
• Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must live within a commutable distance for daily in-person work.
