Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Science
  degree or equivalent
• 2+ years
  of relevant Quality Engineering experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain
  quality standards, procedures, and protocols
  for raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Collaborate closely with
  Engineering and Manufacturing
  teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and consistently applied
• Design and implement
  inspection, testing, and evaluation methods
  to ensure product precision and accuracy
• Specify and utilize inspection and test equipment; conduct
  quality assurance testing
  and
  statistical analysis
  to identify root causes of nonconforming products
• Ensure
  corrective and preventive actions
  meet reliability and compliance standards, with complete and accurate documentation
• Support quality activities across multiple areas, including
  design quality, incoming materials, production control, product evaluation, reliability, inventory control, and R&D
• Provide hands-on support for
  process and equipment validation activities
  , including
  IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, PD, and DOE
