Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in West Long Branch, NJ. The Administrative Assistant will handle a range of tasks, including managing administrative operations, maintaining records, scheduling, and providing support to leadership. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls with professionalism, assisting with clerical duties, and ensuring organizational efficiency within the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and managing office tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
