Construction Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic construction environment.

Duties

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and tools
• Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople by providing necessary materials and equipment
• Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
• Assist with site cleanup and organization to ensure a safe working environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately

Skills

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures diligently
• Good communication skills to understand instructions and work effectively within a team
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $19.23-$33.32 per hour
