Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols
• Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings by serving drinks efficiently and managing multiple tables or stations
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills; process payments swiftly and securely

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math skills are a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in the food industry or hospitality sector
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales transactions; experience with cashiering is beneficial
• Previous experience serving in the food industry or retail environment is preferred; catering or banquet experience is a plus
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or nightclub operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role
