Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement data-driven ABA interventions tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA.
• Provide training and support to staff on ABA principles and best practices.
• Supervise RBTs and Student Analysts.

Requirements

• Medicaid Provider ID (active, fully enrolled, no restrictions)
• AHCA Level 2 Background Check
• NPI
• Master's Degree
• BCBA Certification
