Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Metal Stamping)

Pay: $33-$38 p/h

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer to find an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in high-temperature, noisy, and confined-space environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
