Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing with precision.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory items to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, alcohol service, and responsible serving practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and processing payments.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable; retail math skills are beneficial.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value; experience in nightclubs or banquet environments is advantageous.
