Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly for both new installations and repairs.
• Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and safety regulations.
• Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to construction site safety protocols and perform heavy lifting as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation and repair on commercial or residential sites.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading tools efficiently.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and protocols.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during installations.
• Experience with carpentry or maintenance person tasks is a plus; remodeling experience is highly valued.
• Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel requirements. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $32.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
