Digital Content Executive (EMEA)
The role Operating within a fast-paced, international environment, this is a hands‑on, high profile, highly interactive role requiring a confident, approachable and effective communicator who thrives on building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. What You’ll Do: The role is pivotal to the presentation of Michael Kors’ brand across our websites through delivering inspiring, localised and commercially impactful content. It is vital to the success of Michael Kors’ EMEA digital presence.
Partner with the Senior Manager to define and drive seasonal content strategies across all Michael Kors EMEA sites, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand direction.
Own the e‑commerce content calendar to ensure timely planning, communication, and delivery of all web content across key markets in all supported languages.
Develop a strong understanding of seasonal product strategies to support business priorities and key investments.
Collaborate with the US creative team and cross‑functionally within EMEA to plan and execute end‑to‑end content plans, supporting key products, seasonal trends, campaigns, and initiatives.
Ensure awareness of all sources and formats of content available and plan relevant use across the EMEA sites.
Ensure content usage is aligned with the Global Content guidelines.
While remaining aligned to the Global Content Strategy, deliver briefs for localised, engaging, and relevant content tailored to the EMEA audience.
In collaboration with the Senior Manager, develop comprehensive content briefs encompassing homepage creative, category landing pages, trend edits, seasonal refreshes, evergreen content, promotional messaging, and additional editorial features.
Coordinate with design, translations team and web production to ensure smooth implementation of content updates and enhancements across all digital touchpoints.
Support with production of asset and product readiness trackers and tools, to ensure timely content launches.
Analyse content performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, testing, and continuous strategic improvements, and present findings to key stakeholders and senior management.
Maintain a strong awareness of competitor content, continually exploring new opportunities and ideas for content across EMEA sites.
You’ll Need to Have:
2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce content or site merchandising role within a fast-paced, international retail environment.
Passionate about fashion and Ecommerce.
Attention to detail with a strong creative yet commercial mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management, open and approachable communication style with strong influencing skills.
Experience of Digital Asset Management Tool and SFCC a bonus.
Data driven mindset with the ability to extract and analyse insights to optimise content.
Experienced with analytics tools, ideally Adobe and Content Square.
Advanced PC skills, including Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.
