divh2Sales Support Sr Coord/h2pAs a CBRE Sales Support Sr. Coordinator, you will provide advanced administrative support to a large office. This job is part of the Sales Operations function. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliGather documentation to complete high-value voucher forms and process commission payments./liliCollect, compile, and evaluate complex data and create written descriptions of results./liliEnsure client messaging is in alignment with company branding. Review marketing templates and approve creative./liliAnswer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls./liliRespond to escalated inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality./liliRead and route incoming mail. Review and distribute routine communications, faxes, and emails for sales professionals./liliCoordinate schedules and appointments for sales team members./liliAttend Sales team meetings to record meeting minutes or action items./liliImpact team through the quality of the services or information provided./liliFollow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience./liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc./liliAbility to edit templates in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign./liliStrong marketing knowledge desirable./liliAn established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required./liliRequires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval./liliAbility to explain detailed information in a clear and concise manner./liliStrong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset./liliGeneral math skills.
