Now Hiring: Primary Care or Psychiatric NP Ambassador

What You'll Do
- Visit underserved senior communities and lead dementia-focused GUIDE events
- Build lasting facility partnerships and expand access to care
- Maintain a local panel of 30-40 patients
- Complete all required California dementia care tasks (602s, GUIDE screens, etc.)
Psych NPs welcome - if you're willing to do it all, you're a great fit!
Your Weekly Flow
Mon-Tue: Local patient visits & panel growth
Wed-Fri: Travel to partner communities, lead events, complete assessments
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license (state flexibility preferred - licensure assistance available)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics, neurology, primary care, or mental health
- Passion for cognitive health, dementia care, and patient education
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with care teams
- Willingness to travel regionally and work in varied settings
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with cognitive screening tools (e.g., MoCA, SLUMS, Mini-Cog)
- Dementia care certification or training
- Experience counseling patients and families on chronic illness

- Competitive range salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
