Starting Pay: $23/hour (Base: $21/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential).

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Facility: Modern, climate-controlled, and clean
Location: Jefferson City, MO
Learn more:

• Operate and maintain high-speed packaging machinery
• Perform quality checks to ensure top-tier product standards
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance
• Keep production logs accurate and up to date
• Pack finished products with precision and care
• Follow safety and food-quality protocols (SQF standards)

• No experience? No problem On-site training and certifications provided

• Work-life balance: 8 hour shifts. Most overtime is optional with minimal mandatory overtime

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout the shift
• Basic math skills, ability to read a US standard measuring tape and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
