was established in 2003 in LaVergne, TN, with 20 employees in one building. QMN currently occupies nine (9) facilities in the Antioch/LaVergne area with over 3000 GROWING
We are currently seeking candidates for the following position
Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance of employee records in HRIS; communicating with multiple staffing agencies to assist with accuracy of information.
Essential Functions
- Act as liaison between Staffing Agency representatives and Quanta payroll department.
- Set up staffing agency employees in HRIS ensuring information is accurate and entered timely and ready for agency employees' first day.
- Assist staffing agency employees with HRIS access; unlocking accounts, setting passwords, etc.
- Update job titles, locations, pay rates, departments, schedules, etc.
- Run attendance points for each staffing agency weekly and ensure information is distributed accurately; enter Corrective Actions into HRIS.
- Communicate company wide pay changes, pay incentives, and other payroll information to staffing agencies accurately and timely.
- Provide training to staffing agency representatives in HRIS as needed.
- Act as back up to payroll administrator and coordinator to process payroll as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Experience with HRIS systems;
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a payroll department;
- Proficient in MicroSoft office products;
- Bilingual in Spanish/English or Swahili/English preferred.
Other Skills And Abilities
- This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
- Transportation to travel between buildings throughout the day required.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Computer literate in a Windows environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish or Swahili preferred.
- Ability to operate independently in multiple locations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about office, production and warehouse facilities.
- Ability to travel between buildings within a 10 mile radius.
